PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

We provide year-long property maintenance service. Having a person on site to look after your villa is the best way to being able to enjoy your holiday home. We offer services to look after your property in your absence and deal with the day-to-day management of the villa:

• Regular house checks and always being present to deal with any problems that may arise.

•  Arrange and look after all your utilities, including electricity, gas, water, internet and telephone.

• Implement health and safety measures by organising regular checks for boilers and extinguishers as per Italian law.

• Manage all your expenses and local finances.

• Liaise with a local accountant to pay all local taxes when due.

• Supervise any building works at the villa and liaise with the local architect or surveyor (geometra).

• Other management services as needed.
